Who I Am

Studying the old ways of healing, one root at a time

My path started with a simple pull toward the plants, toward the quiet, patient wisdom of the natural world. Today I'm training as an herbalist, holding ceremony, and building a life that stays close to the earth's rhythm instead of running from it. I believe healing isn't a trend; it's a return. My work is about creating that return for myself, and holding space for others to find their own way back.

Cacao & Sacred Ceremony: Space Holding

Ceremonial-grade cacao shared in circle, guided by intention, breathwork, and heart-opening ritual, held in groups or privately, indoors or on the land. Drawing on ceremonies I have held in the past, from seasonal circles to quiet one-on-one sessions, each gathering is shaped around what the moment and the people in it actually need.
